Had Freedom Appliances come out and a repair a Samsung Fridge Freezer where the fridge and freezer had stopped working. A couple of weeks later the refrigerator stopped working again. Illya came out the very next day to resolve the issue. Would definitely recommend!

One day my dishwasher just up and quit! What to do now? I had bought it at Sears, and since their demise, I was lost on how to get any repair work as they were my contact with all things that needed 'fixing'! So I went to GOOGLE and found Freedom Appliances. I chose them because EVERY rating had 5 STARS! While unusual, it inspired me to give them a try! I also found a new friend in Ilya, who quickly arrived at my home, took a look, and very clearly articulated the issue (worn out motor) and outlined the options I had to replace or fix the machine I had. While it was 10 years old, it had never given me a day of a problem (Thank you Sears), and the fact that the motor had died seemed normal enough. So after his wonderful explanation, I asked him the obvious question..."What would you do?" He gave me a look, and said the money to replace the motor would be far less than buying a new machine, and he was right. The dishwasher is working like a dream, and Ilya is my knight in shining armor! For all appliances I highly recommend Ilya and his team at Freedom appliances! Many thanks! Ilya arrived when he said he would and was quickly able to determine the issue with our washing machine. He returned the next day and repaired the unit within 2 hours, and the total for the job did not change from the estimate. Hard to find honest, reliable repairmen these days. Would definitely recommend.

Ilya came out to our home within 24 hours of our initial call. He was friendly, polite, and efficient. Unfortunately, despite spending a significant amount of time trying, he was unable to repair our fridge (not at all related to his skill or knowledge) and was able to refer us to another company. I would highly recommend Ilya and will happily use his services again in the future.

Ilya quickly fixed the issue, which Totem Appliance was "fixing" for 6 months. Simple, respectful communication with a client. Very reasonable and highly professional. Best service I was able to get in Calgary to fix my Samsung fridge. Highly recommend!

Although dealing with other repair appliance service companies can be a problem, working with Ilya was a very good experience. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a fridge repair. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and responsible. He was also willing to explain to customer exactly the problem and the steps to solve the problem. He will be my first call for any appliance repairs at home.

Ilya came to fix the fridge in our rental unit and he was amazing. Very knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything he had done, how and why so that I understood exactly what had gone wrong and how he fixed it. His name is now going into my contact list as he will be my first call for any appliance repairs for our rental and my own home (as well I will be recommending him to all my friends, family and co-workers).

Ilya was amazing and even though he was unable to fix my problem he relentlessly tried and came back a second time to try to fix my ice maker. He spent over 2 hours and never charged me on the second try. I now have a problem with my stove and IIya is away on a much deserved vacation but I am going to wait for his return as I can honestly say he is worth the wait.

Called this company last Monday to fix my washing machine and he came in today to change the door boot seal. Ilya is very honest and give good advice on what you need to do to make your washing machine clean. Not only he fix the washing machine but added extra value by telling me how to make it very clean. This company is very honest and knows their job. Thank you

This is the best company for repairs ever. Very honest and reasonable. I Have used them 3 times for the dishwasher and my freezer. Last week I phoned them to check my dryer , I have had an issue with it since end of last winter I have not used it during the passed summer, I thought that I have to buy a new one, he is well mannered technician and very quick within 30 minutes the machine was running. Definitely I will use them again if I have anything with my appliances. Really thank you Ayman, you are professional.

Freedom Appliances - I was very pleased with Ilya’s work. He repaired my washer efficiently. He has a very professional approach and is innovative. He fashioned a stopper for the lid from materials in his bag! This is a very old washer and he worked in a very tight space. He warranties his work. Definitely a 5 star appliance repair.
